I understand that the While Away Retreat events includes activities like yoga, and meditation which may involve physical movement, relaxation, and muscular tension relief. I acknowledge the inherent risks of injury, including serious or disabling injuries, that may occur during these activities. I will adjust or stop any activity if I experience discomfort and will seek assistance if needed. I understand that yoga, breathwork, and meditation are not substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment and may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. I affirm that I am responsible for my decision to participate. I hereby release and waive any claims against While Away Retreats and its authorised instructors and grant them the right to photograph me and use my image.

By agreeing to this waiver, I also acknowledge and agree to the following:

I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition that would limit my participation in this event.

 

It is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this event.

 

Yoga and other activities provided during this event may be physically challenging and carry inherent risks. I will only participate in activities that I can safely perform and will manage my injuries responsibly.

 

I will follow all instructions provided by the event instructors. I assume all risks of personal injury or death while participating in the recreational services offered during the While Away event.

 

I release and hold harmless While Away Retreats, its partners, contractors, and employees from any liability resulting from personal injuries or death suffered by me during the event.

 

I waive my rights to commence legal action against While Away Retreats for any cause related to my participation in the event.

 

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure I have a safe area available to participate in the event, free from obstructions and obstacles that may cause harm or injury. I grant to While Away Retreats the right to photograph me and use my picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of my physical likeness in connection with social and online media for While Away Retreats as well as facilitators

I agree that While Away Retreats  owns all rights, title and interest (including present and future copyright) in all media throughout the world in the Recording. To the extent that I may own any, I assign all present and future copyright owned by me in the Recording to While Away Retreats
